An NGO created to facilitate children in rural Cambodia’s access to primary education.
We believe that education has the potential to change someone's life. By facilitating access to education we hope to create more opportunities and a better life for the children in rural Cambodia.
WHAT WE DO
Education is a vital factor in a kid's life. Battampore seeks help all around the globe to fund projects offering education to children living in the remote and ‘forgotten’ areas of Cambodia. Areas where the government can’t afford to set up a school, so we come in, build schools, hire and train teachers and provide children with the necessary materials to fulfill their vital need for education.
Our goal is to integrate these schools into the Cambodian Public Education System. To achieve this, we need high levels of attendance and educational quality over the years. We cannot achieve this without YOUR help.

WHO WE ARE
We are a group of friends living in Singapore who, over the years, have developed a passion for education, specifically bringing it to children living in Cambodia's rural areas who lack access.
Throughout this time, we have cultivated a strong relationship with our local partner, the Arrupe Centre for Children with Disabilities. Founded by Msg Kike Figaredo, a globally recognized Spanish missionary known for his devotion and service to Cambodia since 1985, the center has been empowering people through the gift of education and various social projects in Battambang, Northwest Cambodia, for many years
